How we are compensated

This does not change the price you pay. It does not change the service you receive from the partner. It simply helps keep the education on this site free for everyone.
You are free to choose
You do not have to work with our recommended partners. You are welcome to use everything you learn here and choose any realtor, mortgage broker, or lender you trust. We will still cheer for you.
Our partners are vetted
We only recommend partners who share our values: honesty, patience, cultural respect, and a genuine commitment to first-time buyers. We do not accept sponsorship from partners we would not confidently send our own family to.
